Personality Reflection

My personal strengths are authenticity, emotional intelligence, that I’m relationship oriented and artistic. A recent example of my strengths would be when I went over my mom’s apartment to be with her after she got the call that her mom might be passing away. She didn’t ask me to come.

A new skill or interest that is new to me regarding my strengths would be therapy or psychology as an occupation and a way to help people. An example of this would be that I find myself comforting or offering a helping hand/advice to friends and family.

It did not surprise me that people with my color (blue) are artistic, musical, and people oriented. These strengths are evident in my daily life.

I make decisions through an emotional lens. I take into account the feelings of those involved and can assist in helping everyone feel heard and understood. As an advisor or supervisor, I would be able to diffuse workplace tension and increase employee moral through specific encouragement

My self-esteem is rooted in my creative ability. I find worth in my ability to create and express myself through art and music. My self-image is rooted in emotional intelligence and helping others. This can be helpful in relationships by helping assist people in feeling understood and welcome.
